Jersey Road PR announced further organisational changes today, as they look to strengthen the team and broaden their service offering for clients. Esther Jolliffe, who previously had been Account Executive has now been promoted to Account Manager and Lynda Martin will join the team as Director of Strategic PR.

The changes, which will be effective from September 1st, come as the company look to build on the growth it has experienced over the past few years and tailor the media services provided to ensure clients receive cost-effective, creative and strategic PR support.

Esther joined the team in 2018 after working in event management and has supported a number of clients in the UK, USA and Australia as Account Executive. During this time she has secured coverage in many national, sector and regional media outlets and built a strong rapport with journalists across various sectors.

Gareth Russell, Managing Director of Jersey Road PR, says, “Since day one, Esther has modelled our values and been 100% committed to the vision and mission of the agency. Our clients always speak highly of her work ethic and the quality of what she has delivered for them, so it was an obvious decision to progress her into the Account Manager role.”

In addition to Esther’s promotion, Lynda Martin has been appointed as Director of Strategic PR. Lynda’s extensive PR experience includes working with top agencies such as Ketchum, Edelman, Golin Harris, Hill & Knowlton Strategies and Bell Pottinger and working with well-known brands such as Proctor & Gamble, ASDA, Tesco, Nestle, the Royal Voluntary Service, and the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.

For the past two years Lynda has been a consultant for Jersey Road PR, but will now join the staff team on a permanent basis.

Director of Training & Development and co-founder, Andi Russell says, “Lynda was the first person to work with Jersey Road PR outside of Gareth and myself. She has brought with her a wealth of experience, wisdom and passion and we are thrilled that she will now be overseeing the development of PR strategies for our clients.”

2020 marks the tenth anniversary of the agency and to mark that milestone the company launched the Big Birthday Giveaway offering Christian charities and churches the opportunity to win a year’s worth of free PR. In addition, they have become the shirt sponsor of the Stony Stratford Town Football Club U8s team and also have additional celebrations planned throughout the year.
