How it works

We offer online or face-to-face training for groups of up to seven people, over a half or full day. Individual one-to-one training is also available.

Group media interview training includes bespoke practice media interviews under pressure, followed by expert feedback.

Crisis communications training includes a bespoke practical crisis scenario exercise for a group, with expert feedback. Crisis media interview practice with bespoke hostile questions can be added on for selected spokespeople if needed.

“The training was excellent. Thanks to Jersey Road’s practical guidance and direction, our spokespeople feel assured they can handle media interviews well – I know they will benefit from what they have learned."
